Even if all you did was hold yourself together over the past couple of years, you’ve done well!
Many of us have dealt with hopelessness, anger & depression, and we’re now seeking to emerge out of a pandemic and into the abundant life that Jesus came to bring us.
Join us on July 1 for a night of encouragement, hope and love as we hear from a panel of mental health and paediatric specialists who will give us some pointers regarding how to achieve holistic health and well-being for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
