Christmas card design competition

Christmas card design competition

Though it is only May, the UnitingCare NSW.ACT Christmas card design competition is now well and truly under way.

All UnitingCare NSW.ACT clients and service users are eligible to enter and design a Christmas card that represents “what Christmas means to them.”

UnitingCare is encouraging people to be creative! “We want them to paint, sketch, sculpt, sew, computer generate or even take a photo of something that represents the theme.”

A panel of judges will select a number of designs representing UnitingCare NSW.ACT’s broad range of service groups and will reproduce these designs on Christmas cards for its corporateuse. Additional packs of cards will be produced and made available for purchase by donors, staff, friends and families.

Funds raised from these cards will help fund UnitingCare NSW.ACT services receiving little or no government funding.

Entries close on Friday July 6  and designs should be kept to the size of an A4 piece of paper (297 x 210 mm).

Winners will be announced in August and cards will be available for purchase early September.

Check the competition guidelines and ensure you submit your entry with an entry form. For more information, contact Madeleine Donkin on (02) 9376 1417.

Entries can also be posted to: Relationship Development Team PO Box A2178, Sydney NSW 1235.
