Are you offended by racism?

In December, 2005, the Cronulla Riots involved some of the worst race-related violence in living memory, in Australia.
Such a hateful event doesn’t seem an obvious contender for a comedy movie.
But new release Down Under is just that — a pitch-black comedy about the immediate aftermath of the Cronulla Riots.
The Big Picture co-host Ben has seen this highly controversial response to our ugly history.
While it is deliberately offensive and full of violence, swearing and other disturbing material, Down Under also has a red-hot go at the stupidity and complacency of racism in Australia.
Check out Ben’s review of the most provocative Australian movie in yonks.
