Roundup: Braidwood turns 150, community service award, reconciliation, faith and atheism, Christians in Baghdad
This year Braidwood Uniting Church is celebrating 150 years of the building of the Church. The dates for this significant celebration are October 29 and 30, 2011.
Pat McGrath said she felt “overwhelmed” when she was presented with the Alwyn Jones Community Service Award at the Uniting Church.
Church members have been encouraged to reflect on the reconciliation process during the Week of Prayer for Reconciliation, May 27 – June 3.
A conversation about faith, atheism, and “patience with God”.
