Living with Dying
Grace Sheppard, Darton, Longman & Todd
Living with Dying is full of useful examples on how to ease the stress of losing a much-loved life partner.
The story that impressed me the most was of her giving a FAQ sheet to guests to give an update on her husband.
This relieved Grace and the rest of the family from the stress of having to explain what was happening over and over again.
Anybody who has been in this situation will know how dreary and exhausting it is to give the same hopeless news and answer the same questions, repeatedly.
Grace also writes about her “shock absorbers”. She found some types of worship, humour and working in her garden helpful ways of dealing with her grief.

I would like to know if and where I can purchase a copy of this book, also a copy of Befriending Death:Henri Nouwen and a Spirituality of Dying.
The two books you are interested in should be available from Rainbow Books some local Christian bookstores or international booksellers like Amazon.
