Pieces of a Real Heart
Sanctus Real
This is a great album that is very easy to listen to. Probably, it will appeal to people who are into contemporary rock.
It is an eclectic mix of songs with rock tracks, ballads and a little country.
The sound of the group is unique and hard to compare to other bands but to me it is along the lines of a mix of Train, The Temper Trap, Amy Meredith and Blue Juice.
The lyrics are thoughtful, Christian and spiritual, but the Christian references are subtle and come out in the themes rather than in a lot of overt references to God and Jesus.
I think it is worth searching it out and giving a listen to.
