Turn off your mobile, shut down your laptop. Spend a day away from your electronic devices to dip into the depth of self‐knowledge and relationship with the sacred. This workshop will provide space for reflection on your unique self and some time to relax into the holiness of all that surrounds you. Enjoy the challenge of living more mindfully (without the gadgets!)
