More Details:

Wesley Urban Mission is a new and exciting mission opportunity for young people aged 12-18 and their youth leaders to encounter God in the city of Sydney by experiencing meaningful service to those in need through mission work in their own backyard.

Wesley Urban Mission is a week-long mission immersion experience in the school holidays that brings Christian youth groups from across New South Wales together to work alongside people in need and discover what it means to live life with Christlike servanthood.

Through team activities, this experience will strengthen a young persons’ faith, build confidence, form new friendships and connect with members of our community who are experiencing hardships, struggles and pain.

From our base camp on Cockatoo Island, young people and their leaders will go out to different parts of Sydney to serve people in need in interactive, informative, engaging, and responsive ways.

Wesley Urban Mission aims to inspire, transform, educate and help young people grow spiritually to continue to serve in their local church and community.

All food, accommodation, supervision and activities are included. To find out more or to register a youth group, call (02) 9263 5464 or visit www.wesleymission.org.au/wesleyurbanmission
