Mindfulness of Sound. Experience a nurturing guided relaxation with harp.
Be nurtured and start the day in community with a gentle guided ‘mindfulness of sound’ session using the harp.
Take some time for you to be still and connect with the Spirit.
Rest, pray, move, Selah. Take this time to sit, read, meditate or stretch in the stillness.
What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring something to lie on such as a yoga mat and a blanket.
