Come and join us for an inspiring conversation around growing new churches and revitalizing existing communities of faith. Bishop Ric Thorpe is well qualified to guide our time together, having planted new churches in multicultural and challenging settings and is overseeing the Anglican Diocese of London’s vision to establish 100 new worshipping communities by the end of this year. You will be inspired by Ric’s ecumenical approach to growing God’s kingdom, encouraging churches of all shapes and sizes to reach new people in new ways in new places. Don’t miss this essential missional conversation including Q&A.
Sydney Central Presbytery (SCCP), in partnership with Uniting Mission and Education, will be hosting a Church Planting Conversation with Bishop Ric Thorpe. In May 2019, members of the Sydney Central Coast Presbytery spent time in London with Bishop Ric and his team who provide support, equipping and resources for leaders and church teams.
The cost is $20, which includes a light supper.
