Neighbourhood Night
FAIR TREATMENT CAMPAIGN
This will be a Facebook live event (On the 26th just go to Epping Uniting Facebooks Page to join in),
We will be discussing the campaign with Stafford Sanders from Uniting Advocacy and Liz Gal from Somebody’s Child.
WHAT IS FAIR TREATMENT?
We all want to live in a world where no one dies or is harmed from drug use.
To achieve this we need to increase access to treatment services, especially in rural and regional areas, and introduce a compassionate, health-based response to problematic drug use.
We all want to live in a world where no one dies from drug use and treatment is available for all those who seek it. We believe it is time for our political leaders to set aside their ideology, listen to the evidence, and modernise our laws.
The Fair Treatment Campaign was formed by the Uniting Church NSW/ACT and Uniting and now includes more than 60 partner organisations.
To enable you to participate more fully in the evening, it would be great if you watch the documentary
