More Details:
Wesley Uniting Church Castle Hill is the host venue for a Day of Multicultural Exchange as the Hills comes to celebrate Harmony Day 2014. Come and join us for a day of fun, entertainment and multicultural food. And it’s all FREE!
Harmony Day is the day when we come together as a community to recognize and embrace our cultural diversity, to learn from each other and to show our commitment to community harmony. Australia celebrates its commitment to racial respect and community harmony each year on 21 March, Harmony Day, which coincides with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Each year Australia celebrates its success as a diverse society united by a common set of values.
The event has been organized by the Hills Multicultural Network and is being supported by a number of community organisations including Wesley Uniting Church, Castle Hill; the Wesley Preschool, Castle Hill and Wesley Mission.
