Jesus is alive! Celebrate our Risen Lord
Join us at Wesley Mission’s Easter Sunday sunrise service to joyfully celebrate that Jesus rose from the dead and is now alive! Our service celebrates the events described in Matthew 28, Mark 16, Luke 24, John 20-21.
Our Easter sunrise service is a church service with a difference; it is broadcast live from the Sydney Opera House across a range of TV, radio and internet channels.
Our sunrise service includes testimony, music performances, and scriptural messages from our Superintendent the Rev Keith V Garner.
Following the service, hot cross buns and hot drinks are provided on the Sydney Opera House forecourt.
Arrive no later than 5.30 am to be seated in time for the live broadcast.
Parking is available in the Sydney Opera House carpark. Casual rates will apply from 5 am or you can book a spot through Book A Bay.
