Ministry can be tough in ‘ordinary times’ where the demands can be unrelenting and extreme. Add a disaster or crisis to the mix and ministry and personal health can be threatened. It should not be enough to just ‘get through.’

These two days focus on sustaining ministry health from two perspectives:
• Day one (3/7) – “Bread for the Journey” (self-care for healthy long term ministry). Helpful to anyone in pastoral or chaplaincy ministry.
• Day two (4/7) – “Caring for ministers in crisis times” (supporting ministry agents). Bringing insights to both ministry agents and their carers in ‘peer support’ in a ministry context.
