The Eagle Huntress follows Aisholpan, a 13 year old girl, as she trains to become the first female in twelve generations of her Kazakh family to become an eagle hunter. She rises to the pinnacle of a tradition that has been handed down from father to son for centuries.
All profits will fund a new Mental Health Care Facility 25kms east of Mosul in the Hasan Sham U2 camp for internally displaced people. Project of ADRA (Adventist Development and Relief Agency) and AdventistHelp. Organized by the Australian group Operation Hope in conjunction with Social Justice Team at Toronto Uniting Church and the Rotary Club of Toronto.
